ABOUT US

We are Jakub and Elena and Fortuna Property Portfolio is our latest venture. We have a rich property background with a combined experience of over 30 years. Jakub comes from a hotel environment and Elena ran serviced apartments in Cheltenham 15 years ago. We met in London in 2010 and together set up a successful estate agency which grew to 2 offices and 12 staff and was sold in 2021. We both loved Cheltenham so much that we always have wanted to move up here and so we did in 2019 and the rest is history. 

We share the same a passion which is to develop/ renovate and/ or completely transform a property. We enjoy every stage of the process and get most excited when a project comes near to the finishing line as we then we get to our favourite part which provide a great, personable and reliable customer service to all our tenants and guests.

All of our apartments have been carefully selected and tastefully furnished to provide that 'home away from home' feel, privacy and security whilst delivering outstanding value for money.
